What is Genify?

Genify is a multi-chain NFT platform that empowers artists to create and distribute unique digital artworks across multiple blockchains including Ethereum, Base, Bitcoin (Inscriptions), xLayer, and Conflux.

What types of NFTs can I create on Genify?

We currently support three types of NFTs:

  • Dynamic NFTs: Create generative art using P5.js, Three.js, or vanilla JavaScript
  • Shuffle NFTs: Design collections with customizable rarity distributions
  • Phased NFTs: Coming in Q1 2025, enabling reveal-based collections

Which blockchains do you support?

We support multiple chains including:

  • Ethereum
  • Base
  • Bitcoin (Inscriptions)
  • xLayer
  • Conflux

Platform Versions

What's the difference between your platform versions?

  • Latest Version (genify.xyz): Individual contracts for each collection
  • Legacy Version (v1.genify.xyz): Single contract platform with built-in marketplace
  • Bitcoin Inscriptions (btc.genify.xyz): BTC Ordinals platform

Can I use my NFTs across different versions?

Each version operates independently. NFTs minted on one version will need to use that version's features and marketplace options.

Account & Wallet

How do I get started?

You can start with just an email address or Google account. Our Privy integration automatically creates a secure wallet for you.

Is my email-based wallet secure?

Yes, your wallet is secured by Privy, a leading Web3 authentication provider. You have full control of your private keys and can export them anytime.

Can I use my existing Web3 wallet?

Yes, we support all major EVM wallets through WalletConnect.

Fees & Payments

What are the platform fees?

For free minting:

  • Fixed fee of 0.0004 ETH per item
  • Fee is split between platform (50%), creator (30%), and referrer (20%)

For paid minting:

  • 10% platform fee
  • Creator receives 90% of mint price
  • Platform fee is split between platform (80%) and referrer (20%)

What payment methods do you support?

  • Cryptocurrency (ETH and other tokens)
  • Credit/Debit cards (via Stripe)
  • Bank transfers

Creating & Minting

How do I create a Dynamic NFT?

  1. Write your generative art code using P5.js, Three.js, or vanilla JavaScript
  2. Test your code in our preview environment
  3. Configure your collection settings
  4. Deploy your smart contract

How do Shuffle NFTs work?

Shuffle NFTs allow you to create collections with customizable rarity distributions. Upload your assets, set rarity levels, and our system handles the random distribution during minting.

Can I modify my collection after publishing?

  • For Dynamic NFTs: Code and configuration become permanent after deployment
  • For Shuffle NFTs: Distribution settings become immutable after smart contract deployment
  • Always test thoroughly before publishing

Trading

Where can I trade my NFTs?

  • Legacy platform (v1.genify.xyz): Built-in marketplace
  • Current platform: Integration with major marketplaces (OpenSea, Magic Eden, etc.)
  • Bitcoin collections: Major inscription marketplaces

How do I list my NFT for sale?

Use the marketplace links on your NFT's detail page to quickly access listing options on supported marketplaces.
